Attending a church can be overwhelming, especially if you are new. We want to make your experience as easy as possible. While Greeters will be at the door when you arrive, we also want to help guide you through your first day by providing you with a little information that will make you breathe easier when you step through our doors for the first time!

    Service Time:

Our gathering starts at 10AM and runs approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.

    Parking:

Once you arrive, you will notice that our parking lot and our main entrance are behind the church. There are several handicapped parking spots by the entrance. We are easily accessible by wheelchair. We do have a lift if you need to access the lower level.

What happens on a typical Sunday morning?

Music - Our worship songs are a mix of traditional and contemporary worship songs led by one of our four worship teams.
Speaker - Pastor Dan Hamill and Pastor Jeff McCrea work together as a team. We do occasionally have special guests or skilled members of our congregation that take a turn.

    Childcare:

Nursery - Babies to two years old can be signed in prior to service at our nursery on the lower level.
Preschool - Those children aged three and four join us in the service and are released part way through with the children's workers. A parent or guardian will need to sign them in and out.
Children - Our older children join us in the service for the first part and are released with the younger children to their program in the church's lower level.
Youth - Join the adults for our morning service.

    Protection Plan:

For the safety and protection of your children and the workers, Bethel Church has a working Protection Plan and all of our children/youth workers have been screened.

    Know your way around:

Bathrooms - We have a men's, women's and an accessible washroom located on the main level and the lower level.
Elevator - We do have an elevator that services the main floor to the lower level. Please ask an usher or a greeter if you would like to use it.
Coffee - After service we would love to have you join us for a coffee or tea in the gym. It is a chance to meet new people and ask questions if you have any.

    What to wear?

We are a "mix of casual, semi-casual and comfortable dress up" church… come how you are comfortable!
