On January 18, 2025, a new Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) Meat Cannery opened. This 10,000-square-foot facility is set to make a significant impact on vulnerable communities worldwide, with a goal of producing 50,000 cans of nutritious food annually for families in crisis.

Tour Options: go directly there for the 10:30 tour, be the driver of a car pool group, or join a carpool group as passenger (carpoolers meet at Bethel at 10:00).

Following the tour you have the option to join us for lunch at the Old Country Restaurant in New Hamburg. Those attending would order and pay for their individual meal.
